DUST EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEMS IN RECEIVING PITS
DustControl, manufactured by Wings, is highly efficient equipment for controlling dust emission in receiving pits. It is an intelligent solution, using minimum or no energy, to maintain the dust together with the product instead of releasing it into the atmosphere. At a very low cost, you protect the health of your workers and the environment, satisfy the requirements of the EPA and keep the dust that can represent 0.02% of the weight, with the product.

The Mechanical DustControl, installed below the receiving pit grate, does not allow the dust-laden air to escape from the pit, as the grain is unloaded. It is completely automatic and needs no maintenance. It reduces dust emission to almost zero and has been approval by all environment agencies where installed.
For hydraulic lift unloading systems, the Electronic DustControl is ideal for handling grain entering the pit at a high velocity.
It uses electronic sensors connected to PLC controlled pneumatic pistons to control the modules and reduces dust emission to almost zero. Approved by environment agencies where installed.
ALL TYPES OF PITS
For companies needing total control of dust emission, both from below the pit and the dust separating from the product as it falls to the grate,
the DustControl PLUS adds filters to the modules to suction the air above the pit, either maintaining the dust separate or re-introducing it into the product.
Dust management is a critical factor for companies in the grain industry. Good management means conforming to environment regulations, reducing health risks to employees and the surrounding community and eliminating environmental pollution.

Wings Ltda. is a pioneer in manufacturing hatchery poultry equipment. In 1983, Wings introduced the first pneumatic vaccinator for day-old chicks into Brazil. It continued to develop a product line with automatic debeakers, ocular vaccinators and an in-egg vaccinator. In 2012, it sold its patents for the Ovo-Jector In-egg vaccinator to Merial Vaccine Company.
The first Brazilian pneumatic vaccinator for day-old chicks, it can be used with water or oil soluble vaccines.
The Avi-Jector has been exported to dozens of countries.
The double vaccinator simultaneously vaccinates day-old birds with oil and water-soluble vaccines, lowering stress to the birds and labor cost.
The vaccinator insures secure and complete ocular vaccination with greater protection than vaccines added to water. The droplets are too large to be inhaled by the chicks.
The debeaker is precise, durable,
with a 100% stainless steel reinforced
case to transport easily between chick houses.
Wings is known in the market for developing products that focus on preserving the environment and helping companies to make their operations sustainable.
