While bag filters make sense for dust collection in confined areas—such as grain elevators and cleaners—when bulk products are dumped into hoppers, the high-velocity dust expulsion far exceeds the filter's capture capacity, necessitating time and money spent filtering the air above the hopper. The DustControl system manufactured by Wings keeps the dust with the product beneath the hopper grate, offering a cost-effective solution to the dust problem.
