Nosso cliente Aliança Agrícola do Cerrado S.A. do Grupo Sodrugestvo, tinha diversos problemas com a vizinhança, no momento da descarga de grãos, a poeira gerada, era visível da Rodovia Anhanguera. Isso gerou muito desconforto a todos que transitavam no local e próximo a ele. Estes problemas foram solucionados em 2020 com o despoeiramento do DustControl da Wings.

A baghouse, also known as a baghouse filter, bag filter, or fabric filter is an air pollution control device and dust collector that removes particulates out of the air Food manufacturers and other industrial companies often use baghouses to control emission of air pollutants. However, the filter is not an efficient dust collector after the dust has been expelled from the pit. At this point, it is far more effective to install a Wings DustControl system that does not allow the air to escape with the dust from below the grate.

The DustControl is superior to a baffle system for suppressing dust in bulk-product receiving pits. It has been on the market for over 20 years, with more than 250 units installed in Brazil and abroad, and tops the list of equipment in terms of the cost-benefit ratio. The DustControl system is installed under the pit grate and does not take up space on the pit’s surface. It is completely automatic and does not use electrical energy, and, it is maintenance-free. The DustControl system is composed of modules that cover the entire surface area below the pit grate. The modules have small chutes that regulate the flow of the product into the pit to maintain the modules with enough product to filter the exiting dust-laden air. The DustControl controls the dust emission without slowing the unloading process. That is why Aliança installed the Wings DustControl!
